Services · For hire

Bring us the problem

The same pipeline behind our own products is available for hire. Three services — modelling and printing, scanning, and software — covering an idea that needs to become an object, a part that keeps breaking, or a workflow that needs a tool.

How it runs

Three steps, whatever the service

Physical or virtual, the work moves the same way: understand what's actually failing, build the first real version early, then change it until it holds.

/ 01 — SCOPE

Tell us what fails

A sketch, a photo of the broken part, or a description of the workflow. You get back what's buildable, what it will take, and — where it matters — what isn't worth doing.

/ 02 — PROTOTYPE

Build the first real one

A printed part you can load, or a program you can run. Early, so being wrong is cheap. Renders and specification documents are not the deliverable.

/ 03 — ITERATE

Change it until it holds

Fit checked, materials compared, tools used in real work. It's finished when it does the job under real conditions, not when the first version comes off the plate.

Service 01

3D modelling and 3D printing

Physical product development for hire. A part that snapped and isn't sold any more, a fixture that would save an hour a week, an idea that has never existed as an object — modelled, printed, and put under load until the geometry earns its keep.

Everything on the hardware line was designed and printed this way, in house. Nothing is farmed out.

P-001 — printed in house
Good for
Replacement and discontinued parts, functional prototypes, fixtures and jigs, small batch runs, and one-off objects that don't exist yet
Materials
PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU as standard — plus most other FDM filaments, including material sourced specifically for your project
You bring
A sketch, a photo, a measurement, a physical sample, or existing CAD — whichever you actually have
Deliverables
Finished parts, supports removed and cleaned up — CAD files by arrangement

Service 02

3D scanning In commissioning

Some geometry is faster to capture than to measure. Scanning turns a physical object into a digital model — the honest starting point when a new part has to mate with something that already exists, when a shape is too organic to dimension by hand, or when something too large to hold needs to become a model you can.

Status

Scanning hardware is being specified now. Enquiries are open — get in touch and we'll be straight with you about timing before anything is scheduled.

Service 03

Software development

Not every problem is an object. If what keeps costing you time is a spreadsheet held together by habit, a task nobody wants to do twice, or a tool you keep wishing existed — that's a specification, not an annoyance. It gets built into something you can actually run.

No technical vocabulary required on your side. Describe the workflow and where it breaks; the architecture is our problem.

Work with us

Not sure which one you need?

Most jobs arrive as a description of something that isn't working. Send that. You'll get back an honest read on whether it's a printed part, a scan, a program — or none of the above.
